Government Graduate College for Women Gulberg has the honor and privilege of having experienced true leadership. A prominent figure, Dr. Arfa Sayeda Zehra joined GGCW Gulberg in 1989 and served the college until 2002. Under her leadership, the college reached its peak and was recognized as the best educational institute in Lahore. Dr. Arfa Sayeda Zehra is a distinguished Professor of History and Urdu. She is a globally renowned academic and intellectual, acknowledged for promoting the Urdu language and literature, intellectual history, and the rights of women.
