ACADEMIC REGULATIONS
Discipline:
- Strict discipline must be observed at all times. Any disturbance will result in action by the Discipline Committee/Board of Proctors.
- Students must uphold:
- Regularity, punctuality, and good manners.
- Honesty, Islamic values, and respect for teachers, staff, and peers.
- Silence in corridors during lectures and cleanliness across the campus.
- Actions damaging college prestige, property, or building will be dealt with strictly.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- In emergencies, students may leave the college with parental permission. Only parents or real brothers with valid ID can request emergency leave from the principal.
- Car parking is not to be used for leisure.
- Celebrating birthdays or similar events on campus is prohibited.
- Cameras, video cameras, and mobile phones are not allowed. Violations result in a fine of up to Rs. 1,000 and confiscation of gadgets.
- Students must wear the college uniform to enter the premises.
- Noncompliance with these rules will invite disciplinary action. The principal can impose fines, issue warnings, or expel students after the decision of college council and college Management Board
Uniform Policy:
- Students must wear a white knee-length, full-sleeved shirt with a collar, proper shalwar, and allocated color dupatta. Simplicity is expected—tight pajamas/jeans are prohibited.
- Makeup and jewelry are not allowed.
- Black shoes/joggers with black socks are mandatory; open slippers are prohibited.
- Non-compliance results in fines and strict disciplinary action.
College Identity Card:
- Every student must obtain a college ID card at admission. A duplicate can be issued at double the cost if lost.
- Wearing the ID card on a lanyard during college hours is mandatory.
Attendance:
Minimum Requirement:
- 75% in intermediate level
- 80% in BS level attendance is mandatory for both theory and practical classes.
Leave Rules:
- Leave is granted only in genuine cases.
- Up to two days of leave is allowed once a month.
- Medical leave must be applied for within a week, with a medical certificate.
- Leave applications must include the student’s name, roll number, class, section, and subjects, signed by parents, and submitted to the leave in-charge.
Fine and Attendance Violations:
- Absence fines:•Rs. 50 per day.•Rs. 200 per exam paper missed.
- Other fines:•Rs. 100-150 for improper uniform or no ID card.•Rs. 200 for duplicate ID or bus cards.
- Re-admission:•A student absent for three days in a month without valid reasons will have her name struck off. Re-admission, if approved, costs Rs. 500 and is allowed only once. But in BS classes we follow the university re-admissions policy•Names may also be struck off for non-payment of dues or rude behavior, after the decision of college council & management board in intermediate& BS
- Breach of discipline: Rs. 200–1000
- Possession of cameras/tape recorders: Rs. 1000 (returned only upon written parental request).
