Admission Policy for BS (4-Year Degree Program)
Admissions for BS(4-Year) programs are granted per the Government of Punjab policies and respective University rules. Applications are received within a notified period through the college website and newspapers. Late submissions are not accepted.
Admission Guidelines:
Affiliation: The BS program is affiliated with Lahore College for Women University (LCWU), adhering to its academic standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 50% marks in F.A./F.Sc./A-Level or equivalent.
- Applicants may apply for subjects not offered at the Intermediate level (except Science).
- For English, Fine Arts, and Textile & Design, passing an aptitude test is mandatory.
Application Process
- Online Application: Follow instructions on the OCAS Punjab website.
- On-Campus Application: Obtain the application form and prospectus from the college office. Late submissions will not be entertained.
Merit and Reserved Seats
- Open Merit: 98% of seats.
- Reserved Quotas: 2% for disabled/handicapped, transgender, and minority students. Admission criteria are the same as for open merit.
For Foreign Students:
Provide an Intermediate Board Certificate and domicile copy.
Additional Notes:
- Prospectus Purchase: Mandatory for BS program applications.
- Original Documents: Must be presented at the time of admission.
- Health Proforma: Submission is required for all applicants.
- Dues Payment: Selected candidates must pay dues by the notified dates to confirm their admission. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
