This expanded access ensures that our resources are readily available to you whenever and wherever inspiration strikes.

Library Rules and Regulations:

Reference to Higher Education Department’s letter No. SO(BSP)1-40/2023(Library) dated 2nd October-2023.

  • Permission may not be granted to any student/teaching staff to carry out books, reference book, Pdf books from the library at any cost. They should be allowed to study these books in the college library and may be allowed to get photocopies of these reference books.
  • Only two books will be issued to a student at a time for two weeks. After the expiry of stipulated time, fine at the rate of Rs. 10 per day will be charged from the concerned student.
  • Use your library card to check out books and other resources.
  • Only three books will be issued to a teacher at a time for a period of two weeks, after the expiry of stipulated time, fine at the rate of Rs. 10 per day will be charged from the concerned teacher.
  • Book(s) lost, damaged or mutilated in any way by a student shall have to be replaced or paid. The cost of such book(s) shall be doubled the prevailing cost plus additional 25% departmental. The instructions should be incorporated in the prospectus of the college.
  • No teaching staff/Non -teaching staff will be relieved of his/ her duties until and unless the college librarian issues a clearance certificate/No demand certificate on account of library.
  • Books are for use, take care of books. Don’t write or draw on the books.
  • Read and talk quietly. Do nothing to disturb others.
  • Do not bring food into the library.
