Scholarship/ Stipends/ Fee Concessions

 
  1. All merit scholarships and stipends initiated by the Govt./Board/University/other Agencies are offered in the college and financial help is given to the deserving students if available, through the College Red Crescent Fund.

2• The intelligent students who get 85% and above marks in their external examination may be allowed to get scholarship through Red Crescent Fund, on their own request, on condition of availability of funds.

The deserving students who get 50% and above marks in their External Examination may be allowed to study on half fee, after approval by the College Administration.

4• The orphan students may also be allowed to study on half fee, on their request, with the condition of availability of funds after approval from the college Principal. Orphaned students must provide NADRA death certificate of their parent/parents, at the time of admission.

Attendance Leave Rules (Students' Leave Rules)

  1. The students seeking leave must send in written leave application to the principal, duly signed by the parents.
  2. In case of illness, leave for more than 4 days shall only be allowed if the ailing student submits the medical certificate duly issued by the MS or the authorized Medical Attendants of Government Hospitals.
  3. Leave for two days may be sanctioned by the English/Urdu teachers and leave for more than two days will be sanctioned by the Principal.
  4. A student who shall remain absent from the college for 15 days continuously her name shall be struck off. However, re-admission will be considered on the request of the parents/guardian. The parents will be bound for a meeting with the Principal on the assigned date. Only one re-admission will be considered as per rules. This facility shall only be available once in the academic session. The admission to board can also be withheld due to short attendance.
  5. The students who will not join college after getting admitted to first year class and second year after the start of the academic session will not be eligible for sending of their admission by the college to the board.
  6. As per board rules 75% attendance must be ensured by the student.
  7. The Principal’s sanction is required for longer period of absence.
  8. A student suffering from an infectious disease must obtain an immunity certificate before joining the college.
