The Zoology Department, established in 1986, launched its BS Zoology program in 2010. With a faculty of highly qualified and dedicated professionals, the department aims to instill scientific expertise and ethical values in students, preparing them to become knowledgeable and responsible citizens. Zoology, with its focus on evolution, anatomy, physiology, microbiology, wildlife, ecology, genetics, and more, plays a critical role in addressing the challenges posed by threats to natural resources. The BS program seeks to foster intellectual growth, academic integrity, and diverse perspectives, broadening students’ horizons and preparing them for various scientific careers.
